Our Mission:Our mission is a very basic one. To provide all of our clients with good quality products at down to earth prices. We are not here to provide our clients with cheap unreliable products, we are here to help our clients, not to rip them off and then close our doors. E.R.T.Sims was established in 1995 as a home based family business offering friends and family members a place that they could bring their computers for honest and reliable upgrades and repairs. Since that time, we have grown over the years but we are still a family owned and operated business based at our family home. The reason we have not moved to a shop or warehouse is that we do not want our clients paying more for their products than what is necessary. Since 1996, we have been approached by numerous manufacturers asking us to be their main distributors here in Australia. We have always assessed each manufacturers product/s for quality and price, we only stock the one's which we think are quality for your money. Some of these brands you may never have heard of before, if you have then great but if you haven't then do not worry as we fully back ALL products we supply. Here at E.R.T.Sims, we strive to provide quality at a fair price not like some other wholesalers and or retailers. When you purchase a computer system from us complete with Software, you not only receive a quality computer system but you also receive the FULL SOFTWARE PACKAGE, CD's ETC. not just the software preinstalled onto the computer. WE DO NOT SELL SECOND HAND OR PIRATED SOFTWARE. We are also a Registered OEM System Builder with Microsoft. Not many computer outlets are registered OEM system builders with Microsoft. The founder and Owner/Manager of E.R.T.Sims - Mr. Maxwell N. Clark, was nominated for inclusion into the "Who's Who of International Professionals - 2000 Edition" publication. Mr. Clark was accepted and became one of the very few Australians accepted to be listed in the "Who's Who of International Professionals - 2000 Edition" publication.
